2. How do I register for OGOLD Wallet?
To register, download the OGOLD Wallet app and follow the registration process by providing
your personal information. You will also need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer)
verification by uploading proof of identity and proof of address.


3. What documents are required for KYC verification?
You will need to upload a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or driver’s license)
and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).


4. How do I fund my OGOLD Wallet?
You can fund your money wallet by depositing money through bank transfer or debit/credit card.
The available deposit methods will be displayed in the app.


5. Are there any fees for funding my wallet?
When making a bank transfer, there are no fees. However, if you use online banking, additional
fees will apply. These fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your deposit.


6. How do I buy gold or silver on OGOLD Wallet?
Once your money wallet is funded, you can buy gold or silver through the app. Your gold or
silver wallet balance will be updated accordingly.


7. Can I sell my gold or silver on OGOLD Wallet?
Yes, you can sell your gold or silver at any time. The proceeds from the sale will be credited to
your money wallet.


8. How does the gifting feature work?
You can gift gold or silver to other OGOLD Wallet users. Simply select the amount and the
recipient, and the metal will be transferred to their gold or silver wallet.


9. What is the auto-buy feature?
The auto-buy feature allows you to set up automatic purchases of gold or silver on a daily,
weekly, or monthly basis. You can modify or cancel the auto-buy settings at any time.


10. How do I withdraw funds from my OGOLD Wallet?
You can withdraw funds from your money wallet back to your bank account. The available
withdrawal methods and any associated fees will be displayed in the app.

11. Can I close my OGOLD Wallet account?
Yes, you can close your account at any time. Upon closure, any remaining funds in your money
wallet will be transferred to your bank account, and any metals in your gold or silver wallet will
be sold with the proceeds transferred to your bank account.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal

13. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it through the app by following the password recovery
process. You will need to provide your registered email address or phone number.

Inside the app, you will have access to an advisor who can assist you. You can raise a ticket
within the app, and your advisor will provide the necessary support.
